2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

4. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Mention your Order ID, product name, and reason for return

  3. Attach clear images or videos if the product is defective or damaged

Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

Important: Do not send any product back without receiving return approval from us.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share unboxing images or videos clearly showing the issue

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the same product

  • Exchange with another product (subject to availability)

  • Refund (as per eligibility)


6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or color issues, subject to availability.

Conditions for exchange:

  • Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed

If the requested size or color is unavailable, we may issue a refund or store credit at our discretion.


7. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost

  • If the return is due to customer preference (size issue, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges

Order Cancellation by SunviFashion:

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Payment issues

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.


11. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders are eligible for return only if they meet return conditions

  • Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer or UPI

  • Customers must provide correct bank details for refund processing

SunviFashion is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect bank information.


12. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated timeline:

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider

13. Refusal of Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason:
